About

I came to breathwork the way many people do—searching for presence. For much of my life, I wanted deeply to be in the moment, but didn’t know how to fully access it. I measured my worth through productivity, to-do lists, and daily accomplishments, constantly doing rather than being. Over time, that way of living began to quietly shape everything.

My healing journey began at 24, when I moved to Japan on my own and was faced with all parts of myself—the light and the shadow. In the years that followed, I explored many tools and modalities that supported growth, self-connection, and healing. Breathwork, however, stood apart.

Through breathwork, I experienced immediate, embodied shifts—moving emotion through my body more quickly and fully than with any other practice I had tried. The impact was profound and expansive, reconnecting me to my true nature in a tangible way. That experience sparked a clear calling to share this work with others.

Today, I guide breathwork sessions with the intention of creating space for self-love, presence, and inner peace. My hope is that as more individuals return to themselves, we can begin to heal not only personally, but collectively.
